One of the most pressing challenges in Kigali and Africa at large is the growing demand for affordable housing. Rapid urbanization, population growth, and increasing living costs have created a housing deficit, leaving many low- and middle-income families without access to quality homes.

To address this critical need, Prime Corporation Group, through its subsidiary Prime Rwanda Real Estate, is spearheading an ambitious affordable housing development initiative. Our goal is to provide high-quality, cost-effective housing solutions that cater to the needs of underserved communities while fostering economic resilience.

We have outlined a three-phase strategic plan to develop a total of 2,100 affordable homes:

Phase 1: Construction of 100 affordable houses to establish a sustainable model and proof of concept.

Phase 2: Expansion to 500 homes, scaling up infrastructure and housing accessibility.
Phase 3: Development of 1,500 additional homes, significantly reducing the housing shortage in Kigali.
By investing in affordable housing, we are not only ensuring access to decent living conditions but also driving economic growth, job creation, and social stability.
